Number 34 can't escape us anymore, unofficial champions!!

This one's for you, Appie, number 34! On Wednesday, the 34th matchday, we officially receive the trophy, a trophy with a golden edge.

While the afternoon started with an early conceded goal, the rest of the match went as we had hoped. Led by Hakim, the quick equalizer came, and before halftime, Donny scored the 2-1. What a celebration, what an experience.

Then, after halftime, the news from Alkmaar that "the lamps" (PSV Eindhoven) were 1-0 down caused the Arena to erupt.

To complete the celebration, the 3-1 and 4-1 goals also came in quick succession. Today was tough; it was clear from the players that they had pushed themselves hard on Wednesday. One man, in particular, stood out; he put so much willpower and emotion into his game. Hakim, you were amazing today; we are incredibly grateful for the way you fought.

The tribute will take place on Thursday. The program at Museumplein starts at 3:00 PM, and the tribute will begin at 4:00 PM. Arrive on time; anyone who has attended previous events on the square knows that it gets extremely crowded very quickly.
