Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We aim to process your order within 1 to 3 days. After processing, we strive to deliver the order within 2 to 3 days. Parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday by PostNL. Due to the situation with the Covid 19 virus, PostNL is busier than usual, so your parcel may take longer to arrive than usual.
As soon as AFCA has shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If a unit or apartment number is associated with your address, please include this information in the shipping details.
Costs
The shipping costs for home delivery within the Netherlands are €6.95. When you place an order over €95, shipping costs are free. We choose to always send our products with parcel service, which ensures that your shipment is insured and traceable.
Returns
Register the product you wish to return within 14 days by sending an email to info@afca.nl. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. You can then return the product at your own expense to:

The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. All items must be unworn and unwashed. All tags/labels must still be attached to the items. The products must not have been worn.
Credit Note
Once we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email. We will refund the purchase amount to the account used for payment within 7 days.
