Personal data
To process orders, your personal data will be stored in an AFCA management program. We will never forward, sell, or exchange your data with third parties. Data forwarded to third parties will only be used to provide you with our services. Of course, AFCA adheres to applicable laws and regulations when using your personal data. If you no longer wish to receive direct marketing, you can:
* follow the instructions in each marketing email
* adjust your AFCA account settings

Purpose of data
Personal data is collected by AFCA for several purposes. These are explained below.
1. Sending newsletters: AFCA sends newsletters via email. These newsletters are partly commercial and partly aimed at knowledge sharing. Your first name and email address are collected via the designated form on the AFCA website. In addition, you may be asked verbally or in writing to sign up.
2. Contacting us: Your data will be collected if you contact AFCA via the website. However, this form only asks for the necessary data.

Recipients
The data AFCA receives and processes is managed via:
1. Mailchimp: Newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address and first name are automatically stored in the designated list within Mailchimp.
2. Hostnet: AFCA's email is hosted by Hostnet. If you contact us via the forms or by email, those relevant emails are stored on Hostnet's servers.
3. WPEngine: The website and website backups are hosted by WPEngine. Data you leave on the AFCA website is stored on WPEngine's servers.

Security
No physical copies of your personal data are made. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by AFCA or by the aforementioned third parties are only accessible via the above software and are secured with a password and, where possible, with two-step verification. With this two-step verification, a code is generated by the software and sent to AFCA. This code must be used during the login process. The devices that access your data are each themselves locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary devices. In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the AFCA website is private. You can recognize this security by the green padlock in front of the URL. Furthermore, the AFCA domain is signed with DNSSEC. This is an extra tool that makes the website's 'signposting' safer and more trustworthy.

Your rights
1. Right of access: You have the right to request your data recorded and stored by AFCA at any time. You do this by sending an email or contacting AFCA by phone. You will then receive an overview of your data.
2. Right to rectification: Is your data incorrect? Or has your data changed? You have the right to have this rectified by AFCA. You can adjust your newsletter data via the designated URL at the bottom of each email.
3. Right to erasure: Do you no longer wish your data to be stored by AFCA? Then you have the right to have your data erased.
4. Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that AFCA is not handling your data correctly.
5. Right to object to data processing: Do you not want AFCA to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data.

When it concerns deliveries or services that do not take place via the webshop but arise from, for example, cash sales, these articles are excluded from these conditions. Dutch law exclusively applies to all deliveries, services, and agreements from or with AFCA - as well as to these conditions.

Prices
All prices mentioned in the AFCA webshop are in Euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. As long as the agreement has not been definitively concluded, AFCA is authorized to change the stated prices as well as the conditions. The agreement is concluded at the moment you place a definitive order. By confirming your order, you automatically agree to these general terms and conditions.

Ordering
All articles displayed and described on the AFCA website that have a price can be ordered in the webshop. After placing the order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email with an overview of the ordered articles, the invoice number, and the delivery address. If the information on the order confirmation is incorrect, you can notify AFCA by email. If AFCA has not received a message from you before shipment, AFCA assumes that all data is correct. Although AFCA uses an inventory management system, it is possible that an article is sold out or has been ordered simultaneously by someone else. In this case, AFCA will notify you as soon as possible. When placing your order, you must ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. You are expected to check this information for accuracy with every order and adjust it where necessary. AFCA cannot be held liable for the delivery of the order to an incorrect address if this is due to typing errors and/or incorrect information entered by the customer.

Payment
When the order takes place via the AFCA website, you must pay the total amount of your order, and (if applicable) the shipping costs, to AFCA. As soon as AFCA has received your payment, this will be confirmed to you by email.

Delivery
For every order, delivery will only take place after receipt of payment. All orders are offered at the delivery address you provided. Deviating delivery times are always stated with the article or in the shopping cart.

AFCA reserves the right to refuse returned articles or to return only a portion of the amount if there is suspicion that the article has been used or intentionally damaged. If the delivered articles have not been returned within 14 days, it is considered that the shipment has been accepted by you. A product received defective must be reported immediately after receipt by email.

Liability
AFCA is not liable for damage that may arise from the use of products supplied by AFCA. AFCA can never be held liable for any consequences of delayed delivery and/or typing errors or inaccuracies in a text entered by the customer. AFCA's liability is always limited to the amount of the invoice sent for the relevant order minus the shipping costs.

The content of the AFCA website has been compiled with great care. The articles in this webshop are displayed and described as clearly and truthfully as possible. The colors of the images on the website may differ slightly from the actual colors of the products due to screen quality. You cannot derive any rights from this. AFCA cannot rule out that certain information is incorrect and/or incomplete. AFCA is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website.
