Ajax says goodbye to Cerny and Johnsen
Vaclav Cerny will transfer to FC Utrecht immediately. The forward signs a three-year contract with an option for an additional year. Ajax will receive a transfer fee of € 750,000 for the winger.
Johnsen is also leaving Ajax. The attacker, who was rarely included in the technical staff's plans, will be loaned to Pec Zwolle. Initially, it is a loan period, but the agreement also includes a purchase option.
With the departure of both players, the squad for next year is becoming clearer. Now that pre-season training is in full swing, players who are not seen as having a future (in the short term) will be loaned out or sold.
