You become a champion by beating the minnows
Next Sunday, the leader of the bottom half of the league table will travel to the Johan Cruijff Arena. It's no secret that they'll be getting on the bus with trembling knees. The only comfort they have beforehand is the prospect of leaving empty-handed again afterwards. Which is nice when you always want to walk hand in hand.
On Saturday, there will be the traditional last training session, at 10:30 AM at sports complex De Toekomst. Make sure you arrive early, as it will be extra busy due to the holiday season.
On Sunday, prior to the Klassieker, another edition of De Meersche Helden will be available for purchase. You can get your copy at the usual spots, this time with a great interview with Quincy Promes!
All that remains for us to say is that Sunday counts for more than just the win. Sunday is the moment to humiliate those guys.
See you on Sunday!
