010 submits request to KNVB

After the postponement of Ajax - PEC, in the interest of Dutch football, the Rotterdam club has now also submitted a request. Giovanni van Bronckhorst's departing team wants to cancel the next 11 league matches.

In a response, the club states that they "do not see the point of the matches". After being eliminated from the cup, as far as the Rotterdammers are concerned, "the season is over, as there is nothing left to play for."

The KNVB will respond later this week. There has been a surprised reaction from Zeist, and the football association is wondering if a DVD will be released this year.
